The Baking Center includes conventional mixers and a smaller scale Champion mixer similar to those found in many of today’s large baking companies. Our equipment is designed to produce Kaiser Rolls, French Bread, Italian Bread, Sub Rolls, Bagels and various Artisan and Variety Breads.
